Send the correct version header and beta activation for each OMA resource.
/v1 combines stable compatibility endpoints with beta contracts from different resource families. Activation is part of each resource contract and is not interchangeable.

?beta=true shortcut on some managed-agent routes. API-key clients must send the documented public headers instead of copying browser traffic.anthropic-beta may be repeated or comma-separated. Deployment contracts currently require the exact API version above. Messages forwards the query string and compatible caller headers to the configured upstream.
